more doctor fun
a consultation with the Dr who may (or may not) do the endoscopy has been scheduled for Friday, aug 8th. two weeks to fret about this one. it's also the week of my fun-fun-fun ultrasound and bloodwork, and the week before my checkup with Dr N.
i suppose the good news is that this is just a consultation, and the Dr will determine if i really need the endoscopy. my guess is that they'll do it anyway. which means i'll have to either sweet-talk my grrl into taking the day to drive and babysit me, or deal with the family.

i don't like my new drug. it's making for a very unhappy crazylady. it makes me queasy even though i eat it with food. not sure if it's related, but i woke up last night choking/coughing, and nearly threw up. i hate that.
the pharmacy also shorted me ~ gave me only half the pills i should've had. i caught it this AM, so i'll pop up there later to pick up the rest and collect yet another prescription refill.

if my body cooperates, here's the weekend plan:
~Tonight, i'll sleep over at the dogs' house. get up early, let them out, then go home.
~late morning-ish, i'l let them out again, then head to dani's for a bit.
~come home early afternoon, feed samkitty, then back to the dogs
~stay with dogs til about 10pm, soak in some cable TV, then i'm off duty.
If the body doesn't cooperate, i'll just divide my time between the two places.
