WALLET largish navy blue one that opens up tri-fold. i've had the thing for ages.
TOOTHBRUSH this funky-headed Oral-B one that mom recomended last year.
JEWELRY WORN DAILY right now, nothing, maybe a watch. when i go back to work, i'll wear rings (one on each hand), neclace or pin, and possibly earrings, plus a watch.
PILLOW COVER my new t-shirt sheets bought for my new bed
BLANKET woven cotton one i bought at Kmart when i lived in NJ. over that, the comforter.
COFFEE CUP at the office, my favorite mug is the one with hand-painted fruit on it. at home, i don't drink coffee, but i do have an impressive collection of humorous mugs.
SUNGLASSES the ones that snap on over my glasses. not as hideous as the clip-ons my parents had, and not as good as real sunglasses worn with contacts, but they're a LOT better than prescription sunglasses, or nothing at all
UNDERWEAR i'm making the change to the really nice seamless cotton panties from Lane Bryant. in all sorts of funky colors and patterns. my underwear drawer looks so festive!
SHOES right now, my walking shoes if i must. for work, i wear flats or chunky heels.
NAIL POLISH usually clear. i can't maintain colored polish. in the summer i paint my toes funky colors like purple or blue.
KEYCHAIN i just changed my key situation. main keychain is now one ring with house key, car key, Elmer Fudd keychain i've had since High school, and my Kroger card thingey. all the rest of the assorted keys (three houses, the office, other keys i can't identify) are all jumbled together with a DU scrimshaw keychain or two in the bottom of my bag.
COMPUTER Dell something-or-rather. housed in a new armoir-style sauder cabinet.
FAVORITE SHIRT: anything soft and comfy.
FAVORITE PANTS: the baggy stretch pants i bought for my recovery.
SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER: Suave coconut
COLOGNE: i don't wear cologne ... i use scented body wash/lotion
CD(s) IN THE STEREO RIGHT NOW: main stereo: Crowded House's greatest hits, Sting's Nothing like the sun, and some of REM. in the computer, a CD my brother made me last year. in the car: Live's Secret Samadhi.
TELEVISION: some older RCA beast in my living room that i never use.
STEREO: an Aiwa 3-disc changer/stereo/tape deck in the living room, the computer in the bedroom, and the factory stereo in my car.
TELEPHONE: green cordless in the kitchen, cheapie slimline with a ridiculously short cord in the bedroom.
CELLPHONE: a remote-sized Nokia
GOOD LUCK OBJECT: i guess it would be the Magic Healing Moose that J gave to my mom. i'm taking him with me everywhere now. i held him all through mom's viewing and funeral, and slept with him at my aunt's house.
