I rawk!

pounded out 17 phonecalls this morning without batting an eye. didn't get a single cancellation, and only six machines. yesterday you couldn't have paid me enough to that!

meeting the realtor tomorrow night for Round 1 of the house-hunting. She's gonna set up a 2nd walk-through of the condo i love and (hopefully) the one just up the street from it, plus a few other houses nearby. i hope it's less depressing than last time.

emailed dad last night with the details of my upcoming dr appointments and other health stuff, and he took it upon himself to forward it to the entire population of north america, or at least the ones i'm related to and/or have ever known in my 31 years. *rolls eyes* the aunts and uncles, of course, are still talking about me like i'm three, and one in particular can't even spell my name right. serves me right for not keeping this all to myself.

If it makes you feel any better about extravagant e-mail forwarding, my dad's brother, who is a high-powered corporate exec. type guy in hotel development, accidentally CC'ed me on a business-related mass email to a large group of people today, asking for my information on improving the development of hotel marketing.

did you tell your uncle that "poop shakes" were not recommended??

i guess i'm just peeved that he deliberately sent it out to everyone and their mother, before i had a chance to tell some people. Hearing about a relative/friend/acquaintence's health problems (in detail, no less) via mass third-party email is taking things a bit far.

I think he's just still in the "keep everyone informed" mindset from when mom was sick ~ rather than calling people, he'd send out email updates.

i don't mind so much that everyone knows i'm having health issues; i just hope they don't expect the *details* of my visit to Dr N, the gyn-oncologist!!
