just_cydi'm positively wiped out. i had a great weekend, but it really sucked the life outta me. i know the weather is a big factor ~ it was cold and damp all weekend, and by sunday i could barely move. today i'm still in a lot of pain, with the addition of some new sore spots from PT. i guess those exercises are working.
this is so frustrating... i want to spend time with my friends, and with missy, and i want to ENJOY the time i spend with them, but i hate that i have this horrific recovery period from any activity. M and i are making plans, and one upcoming weekend we may spend the whole thing together (friday night to sunday sometime), and i'm just not sure i'm up for that physically.
what i wouldn't give for a soak in a hot tub, a massage, and to crawl into a warm bed.
