the broken-armed wife of my boss is doing much better ... so much so that she's hell-bent on returning to work monday. i seriously doubt she'll be allowed ~ this is a workers comp claim, and i know there's no way in hell she'll be allowed to return to work w/o a doctor's release.

in other news, i'm on the verge of taking over the payroll end of things here at the office. i'm nervous as shit about this, but i'm also determined to do it. i feel like i should be doing it. i'm the only employee, so it should be easy, right??
